Rock Springs Ridge is considered one of Apopka’s premier communities, known for its rolling hills, larger homesites, mature landscaping, and strong community atmosphere. The neighborhood is zoned for highly sought-after A-rated Kelly Park School serving grades K-8, making it especially desirable for families.

The community features approximately 1,320 homes across more than 1,400 acres, with home sizes generally ranging from 1,800 to over 5,000 square feet. Recent home sales have ranged from the high $400s to the high $700s, depending on size, upgrades, location, and views.

Originally developed around a championship golf course, the community’s golf property was acquired by the HOA in January 2026 in an effort to preserve the land from redevelopment and restore the course for the future.
